Summer Holiday Club

The summer holidays are here. There is still chance to book a place; either a day or a week.

Here are some of the things we have been doing today. Tomorrow we will be visiting the Donkey Sanctuary.

Our first cohort of school leavers. We will miss them, but wish them well for the future.Parents; please e.mail us if you would like us to send you a copy of any of the photos. Just check out cheeky Louis and Tehila is definately a contender for the next high jumper at the Olympics!

Our bike wash

The children loved the bike wash, the concentration and co-operation was fantastic - not one argument!! They were all too engrossed in their play. What do you think ?

Teddy Toddle - Update

Thank you to everyone who supported our Teddy Toddle. We raised £285! The money will go to the Manchester Children’s Hospital, which directly supports some of our families who are coping with childhood cancers.

The children loved the experience and the essential ‘water stops’, due to the exceedingly good weather.

The Eco centre

Extension planned!!

Due to the increased government funding for 2 year old free-entitlement, we are hoping to add an extension to our building. Our plans are for an eco-friendly building and we would appreciate your views on the project.

Mobile Phone Policy

Parents/carers must not use their phone in the nursery.
Staff must not use their phones during work time. They must inform family to call the nursery mobile in case of emergency. Phones should be stored in the locked cabinet or kitchen.
Staff may use their mobile phones only on trips and outings but no photography is allowed. This will be checked by a senior member of staff on return.

Ofstead Inspection!

We are expecting a visit from Ofsted at any-time. They will inspect our nursery and will want to speak to parents about your views of the nursery. We would be really grateful if you could spare the time to talk to them.
